Mr. Vipin Kumar Pandey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Rural Development & Management. He has over 18 years of broad experience in the MFI sector, expertise in business expansion, financial inclusion, and strategizing operational excellence. At SATYA, he serves as the company’s chief operational officer and has been a part of it since April 2017. Prior to joining SATYA, he served as General Manager, Operations at Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. (SCNL). He has a proven track record of creating new teams and businesses, forming lasting partnerships both internally and externally, and successfully managing several projects.
