The fundamental aim of Human Capital is to manage the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and expelling), administer employee benefits, and retain the best talent pool. Following initiatives taken by Human Capital Department to ensure Health & Safety of Employees are:

SATYA’s GOT TALENT

To break the humdrum routine of Work-from-Home Culture, Human Capital organised an online event on Workplace titled “SATYA’s GOT TALENT” – an emblematic platform for entire taskforce to showcase their hidden talents like Dance, Singing, Mimicry, Poetry, Painting etc. More than 1000 employees participated in program.

SAFAL SUTRA

SAFAL SUTRA
For continuous regulation of employee’s professional welfare, Human Capital launched ‘SAFAL SUTRA’ – an internal learning development program entailing Leadership and Communication Skills.

Key Features:

• 2 Days Classroom Training
• 1 Week on Job Training with Branch Head
Currently the focus is on the capacity building of Sr. EDO’s for their skilful promotion onto next designation as Branch Head. The Sr. EDO’s certified under SAFAL SUTRA Program are then assigned the responsibility of mentoring Jr. EDO’s which altogether results in reduced infant attrition rate.

WELCOME KIT

The Welcome Kit encapsulates multiple essential elements which a new hire requires to embark his/her professional journey with SATYA – Bag, Bottle, Folder, Pen, Key Chain, and an Employee Handbook (used for giving the employees a glimpse of all the Dos, Don’ts, organizational policies). Providing Welcome Kit to new hires not only instil instantaneous confidence and comfort, but also make the hires bond with the organization instantaneously.
