Celebrations at SATYA are an evident as it provides a great change from the monotony of everyday
work routine. Inviting employees for a festival, conducting icebreaker games, socializing together has
helped employees know each other better. While it is crucial to have self-motivated employees,
Human Capital at SATYA also plan events periodically with the intention of uplifting employee
morale.
