The current Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak continues to spread, with growing numbers of
confirmed cases in India. This makes lakhs of homeless living on the streets with lack of ability to
self- quarantine, access to medical care acutely vulnerable. Being a socially responsible
Microfinance institution, SATYA Microcapital started a foundation called SATYA Shakti
Foundation, which is delivering all necessary help and services to this vulnerable section of the
society in the time of crisis. We want to serve the underserved people by supplying them medical
facilities which they are not able to afford financially, or these services are not available to them in
their areas.
We are planning to provide medicines to 1,50,000 clients/affected people in 5,000 villages as it is
a necessity for everyone in the country right now. This foundation providing a medical kit under the
mission of SATYA Dawai Sewa which cost Rs. 500/- per kit. With this initiative we will support 30
people per village, that will make contribution of Rs. 15,000 in every village. We seek funds to
acquire and distribute these kits as well. By donating to this mission, you can help vulnerable
