Mr. Manoj Kumar

With over 28 years of extensive experience across geographies in the financial sector at the BoP level and expertise in business & portfolio management, Mr. Manoj Kumar holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management from the premier B-school of Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), Gujarat. He specializes in Business Development, Client Relationships, Profit Centre Management, Micro Credit Branch Operations, Credit Administration, Process Innovations & Team Management. Manoj earlier worked with the Department of Rural Development (Govt. of Uttarakhand), Spandana Sphoorty Financial Services, Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (JEEVIKA), Janalakshmi Financial Services (Now Jana Small Finance Bank), and Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. (SCNL). He is credited to have managed a business of more than 1600 crores while serving as Dy COO for SCNL for more than five years throughout Central and West India, which comprised Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bihar and steered through the crisis of demonetization very successfully.  Before joining SATYA in his current role, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Inditrade Capital Limited.
