Mr. Manoj Kumar holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management from IRMA, Gujarat. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience in the financial sector and is expertise in business and portfolio management. He specializes in Business Development, Client Relationships, and Team Management. He has worked with the Department of Rural Development, Govt. of Uttrakhand, Spandana Sphoorty Financial Services, Janalakshmi Financial Services, and Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. (SCNL). He managed a business of more than 1500 crores while serving as Deputy COO for SCNL for more than five years throughout Central and West India, which comprised Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bihar. He most recently served as Chief Operational Officer for Inditrade Capital Ltd.
