His diverse skill set entails developing policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational plans to enhance efficiency, drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain operational excellence, along with effective risk management.

At SATYA, he oversees routine operations as Chief Operating Officer – Central, ensuring the successful implementation of strategies for growth and profitability.
