Mr. Sanjay Gandhi, qualified as a Chartered Accountant before graduating from Delhi University. His first job as an Audit Manager was with the Indian Associates of KPMG. After working for a finance company, he joined the microfinance industry in 2003 and has worked in 25 countries and conducted about 125 ratings of MFIs; some of the assignments were for the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, Mercy Corps and HIVOS.
