Dr. Deepali Pant Joshi

Dr. Deepali Pant Joshi has been actively engaged in public life for four decades, of which 36 years were spent in the Reserve Bank as a professional Central Banker. During the course of her long and incredible career, she was given a lot of challenging and intricate jobs, the most recent of which was demonetization. She is most recognized for her work in microfinance and financial inclusion as well as her dedication to economic growth with equity. She served on the boards of the North East Institute of Bank Management, the Reserve Bank Note Mudran Press, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, and the Andhra Bank. She is also a prolific author with more than 6 books to her credit. She currently works as an independent strategy consultant, serves on the Executive Council of the University of Allahabad, and is an advocate at the High Court of Allahabad.
