Mr. Ajay Kumar

A Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) from Sambalpur University, Odisha, and a Diploma in Labour Law from NILEM, Chennai, he brings with him, a rich background of nearly two decades of experiences in the areas of Recruitment & Training, Rewards & Recognitions, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Statutory Compliances. Prior to joining SATYA, he worked as Senior Manager of Human Resources at SCNL. He has previously worked for Teracom Ltd. and Global Impex.
