With over 24 years of professional experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliances; he has successfully spearheaded complex M&A, JVs, Capital Raising and other complex transactions. He has also undergone “IPR Training Course for Advanced IP Practitioners” at Tokyo, Japan and served various eminent groups and listed organizations, such as The Times of India, HONDA, BHW BIRLA, Jindals, K K Birla Group.
